An Orchard CMS module that provides a simple contact form that sends an email. It can be used as either a content part or widget.
This module provides a form with fields for name, email, subject, and message which sends an email to the site's registered email address when submitted. If you have enabled the Orchard Anti-Spam module, you can screen submissions to this contact form using the same spam protection that you have already set up and configured.
You can remove the name and subject fields via part settings, and optionally make the name field required. When you turn off the subject field, it also provides a setting where you can set a global subject for all the emails sent, and even include tokens for name and domain in it.
